Goods And Clothing

For clothes and small household items:

Our community partner, Central Park United Methodist Church (216 Beard Avenue in North Buffalo near Amherst and Main), provides a free clothing and household goods distribution ministry for our clients. Clara's Closet is located on the lower level of the church.

Donations are accepted Monday-Thursday from 10:00am - 1:00pm.

Clients can access Clara's Closet to shop on Mondays and Thursdays, from 9:30am - 1:00pm.

For furniture:

Journey's End accepts donations of couches, kitchen tables, chairs, and other household items that are clean and in good condition. We provide our clients with furniture that is not stained, damaged, or torn. Pick-ups occur during the week, and there are no pick-ups on Saturday or Sunday.

If you would like to have someone pick up furniture from your location, please call (716) 783-5979 or send an email to describing your items, along with your phone number, and someone will get back to you within 3 working days. You will receive a quicker response using email to contact us.

Journey's End DOES NOT accept:

  • Large TV/ entertainment centers
  • Old computer tables
  • Sofa beds
  • Mattresses
  • Box springs
  • Head boards or bed frames
  • Large appliances

Journey's End is accepting donations on a very limited basis at this time.
